DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE, AND NEVER GET YOUR VAN REPAIRED HERE. I had the most horrible experience at this Mercedes dealership, if I could rate a zero I would. I went into a scheduled appointment REPAIRED HERE. I had the most horrible experience at this Mercedes dealership, if I could rate a zero I would. I went into a scheduled appointment with a door that would not OPEN and left with a door that does not SHUT properly. I now have light and air blowing in my van from all the way around the door (you can see all the hardware from the outside), the door does not stay open when on a hill as it should, and the Sprinter mechanic also dented my door. I am so upset. Check the photos and videos. The service advisor, Jason Cowdry, kept telling me that I made the shoulder sized dent in my door from closing it... although I am a foot shorter than the dent, I am the only one who uses it, and closing the door was not my problem, only opening it. My estimated 2-3 hour appointment was in total over 6 hours, and Jason Cowdry only gave me one update, which is just poor customer service and at this time said my van was almost done. Four hours into my waiting I requested an update and AN HOUR later Jason Cowdry showed up and said that they couldn't fix my van and that it had was taking so long because the mechanic installed the wrong part. No apology. When he finally brought my van back, six hours later, it was in disarray. My xxxx was disturbed. My personal drawers that were locked, were open and my personal items had been strewn around my floor. I felt complete disrespect for my van, which is my home. I felt violated. At this time I notice the gap all the way around my door and the new dent. BOTH of my new problems Jason Cowdry blamed on me. He said that they did not adjust the door, and that was the main reason I was there... to adjust my door. He took my van over to the Sprinter shop, where I am assuming no one could help him because he turned around immediately and went to the regular Mercedes shop (NOT SPRINTER) where I could see him talk to a man. They proceeded to laugh and look at me before spending two seconds looking at my van and coming back to once again tell me that I did all the NEW damage to my vehicle. Jason Cowdry stood there with his arms crossed, refusing to help me and said that it was now time for me to leave. I said you need to fix the damage you inflicted on my vehicle and I want to talk to your manager. This woman was already walking towards me, apparently the manager although I didn't get her name and she is not listed on the website as a manger, and instead of using her interpersonal communication skills and listening to my complaint with hopes of resolve she got up in my face close with her finger said that I was trespassing and that if I didn't leave she would call the cops. I told her to call the cops because I was the one being screwed, and now in hind site I wish she would have called for a complete report of this day. She did not take one action to help resolve a concern, she is a horrible employee. I will be finding her name and adding it to my further complaints. I expect a bit of professionalism from Mercedes, and especially from the dealership that sold me my Sprinter brand new. I will NEVER step foot near this dealership again, will continue to spread my disgust with my service and am pursuing accountability and compensation for the many new repairs needed on my vehicle. Jason Cowdry should be fired. In hopes of saving someone else the same misfortunate treatment I will not let this go. I am a long time client of Mercedes-Benz of Eugene and recently purchased a used GLE. After having lived in multiple cities and dealing with other Mercedes-Benz dealers, I can say that the customer servic recently purchased a used GLE. After having lived in multiple cities and dealing with other Mercedes-Benz dealers, I can say that the customer service at this dealer is unmatched. They go above and beyond for every client; the car buying process is always seamless and the service department always does a stellar job. I have never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs and after every appointment, your car is always washed and clean, which is not the case at most dealers. They make every aspect of the car buying and service experience easy for the client from offering to pick up and deliver your car for service to always delivering prompt responses when seeking finance questions during the buying process. I have always felt that pricing has been fair for purchasing vehicles, as well as service delivery. I would absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Eugene! More

Just bought my second C300 I recently purchased a 2019 C300 4MATIC. I traded in my 2008 C300 4MATIC that was also purchased at the same dealership. We worked with a very pleasan I recently purchased a 2019 C300 4MATIC. I traded in my 2008 C300 4MATIC that was also purchased at the same dealership. We worked with a very pleasant sales person Carlena Deutsch. I haven't seen too many women in car sales over the years but was impressed by Ms Deutsch. I had all of the service on my 2008 over 10 years done at the dealer and they always did a great job. This made it an easy choice to go back to Eugene for new car. I might have been able to save a little money by going up to Portland but I feel very comfortable at the Eugene dealer. More

One of the sales representative came to me and was very helpful. I told ehat I am looking for, but they didnt have, so he took my information and told me to call if they have that var avaliable. He was super nice and helpful. Than an other sales representativ (manager level) come to me and he said he found something he can show. He invited to his office and show the car. I had several question so he lost his patience and not replying those wuestions and almost throw me out of his office. I was dressed in gym clothes and also was in a wheelchair and I pulled in with an older car. I think he thought I am not a potential buyes, so he treat me like I never was treated in my whole life and I mean the wrong dispespectuf way. Never will go back there... More
I trust the service department 12 year old Sprinter with possible electrical problems: brake and head light fail on same side at the same time. They could have charged me for who knows what - diagnostics at least. Instead, they changed out the 2 bulbs, DIDN't charge for labor, and even washed the van. You bet I'll be bringing my car in there next time! More
