Mercedes-Benz of Encino - Service Center

I took my 06 G500 to Encino dealership for service. My car is still under warrenty, and the airconditioning system smelled when turned on. The dealership kept my car for 3 days without offering me a loane car is still under warrenty, and the airconditioning system smelled when turned on. The dealership kept my car for 3 days without offering me a loaner car, charged me $180.00 for that 10 minute service that should have been covered by Mercedez and the warrenty. there is a bulletin within mercedez that states aircondiotioning systems should be covered by warrenty since it is an internal system problem and is not a wear and tear issue. I believe Encino dealer ripped me off and the service person was rude and unhelpfull. I rate this dealer ship a -0 out of 10. More

They have NO idea what they're doing. NEVER take your car here for service. They charged my wife triple what any other shop would charge, and they didn't even fix the problem.
