Great experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff Best experience I've ever had at a dealership! Worst Service Ever! They messed my car up and ripped me off! This is by far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They not only sold me a warranty but they ran up the charges on the warranty till This is by far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They not only sold me a warranty but they ran up the charges on the warranty till the warranty company refused to service my car anymore. They stated they replaced my motor mounts every single time i went in for service and charged my warranty $300 a pop when the mount i later found out is only $40. Not sure how they even get away with this xxxxxxxx under the Mercedes flagship. To top it all off they broke my oil pan by over tightening the screws then told me my oil can is broken and need to spend $1200 to replace it. If you like getting ripped off be sure to go here so they can screw you over and over and over again. I would give it negative stars if i could. You would be better off taking your Mercedes to a Ford dealer for service. More
I had the best experience I have ever had at a Mercedes dealer today, with James in the parts department. BUT when I called to speak with his supervisor, to give him recognition for his outstanding service dealer today, with James in the parts department. BUT when I called to speak with his supervisor, to give him recognition for his outstanding service (something I have never done) things took a VERY UGLY turn. Monica the receptionist answered, and I simply told her "I had a great experience in the parts department today, and would like to speak with someone in charge". There was a long pause followed by an extremely rude "So who do you want? Service? Sales? What?" I then told her, no I want a manager in charge of the parts department, and then asked her why she was so upset. She raised her voice and said "JUST TELL ME WHO YOU WANT?!" At that point I said, just give me your supervisor, your behavior is bizarre. She then Hung up on me. I called back immediately, and she picked the phone up, and hung up again without saying anything. I called back over and over, but she would just pick up and hang up. Finally she just picked up and put me on hold without speaking. I was about to come back down there, and speak with a manger face to face. But I decided to look under the "contact us" section of your website first, and found a different number. I called directly and got in touch with a sales manager named "Larry". He said "Not to make excuses but Monica is new here". I don't know what he meant by that, but people are usually extra nice and careful when they start a new job. I then let him know what a great Job James did from parts, but that I would now never return there. I paid cash to you guys for my Mercedes 2 years ago, and was excited to order the top of the line "2015 S550 Coupe" when it releases at the end of this year. Now, I will go somewhere else to order it. Sad, when I was just calling to say how happy I was with one of your employees. Good luck with Monica, You'll need it!!! More

I recently had a left strut break, which I repaired along with some other things (brakes, etc.). I've had service done at the following MBZ dealers: Rusnak, Beverly Hills, South Bay, San Diego. I had the best experience at Mercedes Benz of Encino! I am thoroughly satisfied with your service. Because of Hector's, my service advisor, expert recommendations, I had some repairs done I would never have thought to do. I got my car back and I swear it is driving like New! Really! I really couldn't be happier. Thanks guys! PS..They give you a detailed report on your car showing everything they found wrong or needing repair/readjust/replace. It's a great tool to see what is malfunctioning and helps to prioritize what work you want done if you don't want to do everything on the report. I thought my car was driving rough because of its age. Hector told me what I needed to do to get it driving like new. He was right. You pay for what you get. I love you guys. More

This dealership is superb and Alon is great. I have gone twice now for service and I was very pleased both times. I felt like I was treated with a lot of respect and my car needs were taken care of very pro twice now for service and I was very pleased both times. He is dedicated to his customers and seems to know how to make their experience at the dealership in Encino the most comfortable and smooth as possible. More

Service representative was not reliable or forthright. My wife and I were told two different things on more than one occasion. Further, after paying several hundred dollars for services I expected the car to be properly serviced. I was wrong and quite disappointed. Further, I learned of a manufacturers defect which was not taken care of when the car was there for service. My wife scheduled a time for the repair and was promised a loaner, but when the car was taken in, no loaner was made available. I asked a supervisor to call to discuss the matter and he or she has not bothered to take the time to call to date. I heard rumors that Mercedes was bought out and customer service was going down-hill. I agree. Unfortunately, I have a warranty and extra service agreement. But, if I have a choice in the future, I will go elsewhere. Side-note: I even bought the car at a different dealer because Encino Mercedes did not return my telephone calls. After the fact, I learned it did not matter because the car was more expensive in Encino then in Beverly Hills. Encino would not even price match to get my business. More
My car would not shift out of park and needed gear shift lock replacement,after the dealer worked on it and I Paid $1045.00 my key-less go stopped working , I took it back, they wanted to charge me another lock replacement,after the dealer worked on it and I Paid $1045.00 my key-less go stopped working , I took it back, they wanted to charge me another $500.00 ,after bargaining with them they agreed to charg $200.00 ,they gave me the car back and said they have to wait for parts ? !!!! I don't know what part. It has been almost 3 weeks and They have not called me yet. More
