My husband and I are busy professionals and have leased or purchased 6 high end Mercedes Benz BUYER BEWARE- BAIT AND SWITCH!! Here are the facts. My husband and I are busy professionals and have leased or purchased 6 high end Mercedes Benz vehicles since 2009. In 2011: ISSUE #1 When leasing a new 2011 GL-450 I signed a 36 month lease. 2 days after signing the lease, the sales person called me to tell me they had made an error on the dates and that they needed me to sign a new lease. The sales person showed up that day during a busy clinic day for me. He met me in the waiting room and showed me the numbers on the payments. I liked my sales person and trusted him. I was running late with patients. I trusted Mercedes Benz of Encino and our sales person so I signed the new lease. I brought the lease home and filed it away. Several months later I was interested in another new Mercedes. When visiting Mercedes Benz Encino they looked up my leases. One of the sales people who had no idea what was done mentioned that it was so unusual that I had a "51 month lease". I laughed and said that I absolutely do not have a 51 month lease. He told me I did. I looked up my file upon returning home. I was about to make another purchase from Mercedes Benz until I looked in that file. I indeed had signed a 51 month lease when the sales person had come to have me sign a new lease because of the "date" error. I called Mercedes Benz several times over the next month and either got the run around or didn't get a call back. I guess they don't want my business. Money is not a problem for me (never mind they over charge for their vehicles and try to make you think you are getting the deal of the century), however, PRINCIPLES and HONEST BUSINESS ETHICS IS- MERCEDES BENZ HAS DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES as well as POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My office as well as my husbands is within blocks of Encino Mercedes Benz. We went there out of convenience. Unfortunately, we were too trusting and got completely taken advantage of. Issue # 2 When turning in another lease to lease the 2011 GL, we turned in a lease early. Encino Mercedes Benz never sent in the paperwork to Mercedes Benz Financial for almost 5 months. I continually got bills for the car that had been turned in. I had to call Mercedes Benz Financial several times. Eventually it was taken care of. However, imagine my surprise when my credit reports show up as " 120 days late" on payments for that vehicle when a) I have never been late on a payment for any of my vehicles 2.) the 120 days were on the vehicle that had been turned in but not reported by Mercedes Benz of Encino. This was an error on their part, not Mercedes Benz Financial. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ENCINO MERCEDES BENZ! You are better off going to Thousand Oaks Mercedes Benz where I purchased a GL 350 this month. More
I recently bought a C300 Mercedez and was extremely happy with the whole experience. My sales person, Sy Fields, could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to listen to my requests and was able to make me feel comfortable in what is often a very uncomfortable environment. I felt that Sy really wanted me to be happy with my purchase not just to make a sale but to build a long term relationship. Best car experience I have had from a sales person. I then worked with Jeff in Finance. Very easy to talk with, offered me options. Not high pressure. Very professional and represents the Merecedez brand well. All people I came into contact with were friendly and approachable. I would give the highest marks to the dealership. David More

I recently had a left strut break, which I repaired along with some other things (brakes, etc.). I've had service done at the following MBZ dealers: Rusnak, Beverly Hills, South Bay, San Diego. I had the best experience at Mercedes Benz of Encino! I am thoroughly satisfied with your service. Because of Hector's, my service advisor, expert recommendations, I had some repairs done I would never have thought to do. I got my car back and I swear it is driving like New! Really! I really couldn't be happier. Thanks guys! PS..They give you a detailed report on your car showing everything they found wrong or needing repair/readjust/replace. It's a great tool to see what is malfunctioning and helps to prioritize what work you want done if you don't want to do everything on the report. I thought my car was driving rough because of its age. Hector told me what I needed to do to get it driving like new. He was right. You pay for what you get. I love you guys. More
Oh Dear... Normally my husband was in charge of purchasing our new car (every three years, like clockwork). But, he passed away in January of last year, and my son asked me a few weeks ago if I had purchasing our new car (every three years, like clockwork). But, he passed away in January of last year, and my son asked me a few weeks ago if I had plans to purchase a new car, as his Dad had done, (we were at the three year mark). I hadn't thought about it, and more out of respect for my husband's tradition than out of need, I decided to purchase a new Mercedes. But, where would I go? My friend Irma suggested I go to Mercedes Benz of Encino...she liked the people there, and they'd always been helpful to her. So last week, off I went! I was a little nervous, I'll tell you! My nerves were soothed when I met a nice young lady, Gail Cooper, who gently led me through the buying process. I received an excellent price, and now I am the proud owner of a beautiful new sedan. Thank you Gail! (And, thank you son for helping me send this note!) More
Guy Richardson was awesome and gave me a great deal on the most beautiful car I have ever had - a dark blue/gray 2011 SLK. I would highly recommend Guy as he was so patient and never rushed me even thoug the most beautiful car I have ever had - a dark blue/gray 2011 SLK. I never owned a MB before and was looking for a vintage 560 SL Roaster soft/hard top-(btw the years 1986-89)-and found it here at MB Encino (though there are so many for sale elsewhwere). I searched for mo 560 SL Roaster soft/hard top-(btw the years 1986-89)-and found it here at MB Encino (though there are so many for sale elsewhwere). I searched for months BUT MB Encino had a unique one in chocolate brown with a choclate brwon soft top. I had to get it. I was never crazy about buying a car--BUT Sy and Neil made it a great experience. They were so patient with my 7 1/2 hr shopping experience-and test driving the car 3 times in the same day as well as going above and beyond and having one of their mechanics (MIKE) look over the car with me--to go over my check list of concerns on these old cars. They did not rush me, they were informative on all topics. They were incredibly helpful and kind--and most of all did not pressure me to do anything---they did not even know if I would buy the car--and they spent 7 1/2 hrs with me. Sy was great--and really knows service with a smile--and Neil does too--and Neil was great with educating me on the 560 SL and other vintage MB cars including the 280SL--they both made you feel like they really cared and were selling to a friend --and they wanted to be sure--the customer was happy. They even went above and beyond to let me "store" the hard top with them until I get a space for a stand for the hard-top at my home--and worked with me on the purchase price of the car--as well as helped me get some things fixed on this old car (at no additional cost). They sell some really high end expensive cars and my purchase was on the low end--BUT they made me feel like I was a high end customer---Sy and Neil are great--as well as the receptionist Connie--what a great team and staff--I will only shop here--and send friends here---service is the key these days--and so few places know service--and at MB Encino--they know service---and that is why they have such a loyal clientel---and I know I will be one for years to come--thanks Neil and Sy for all your help and time. More
I live in Calabasas, but I drive past Calabasas Mercedes to go to Mercedes Benz of Encino. I own several Mercedes vehicles (always have) and I take them all to Encino for service. It just doesn't get bett to go to Mercedes Benz of Encino. I own several Mercedes vehicles (always have) and I take them all to Encino for service. It just doesn't get better than my service advisor Phil Fox when it comes to taking care of all my service needs. I recently purchased another E550 (black on black...beautiful!), Stephan Jarvis sold me the car and he is a Class Act. I'm sure I'll be talking to him again real soon about the next addition to my collection. More

Alison is always a joy to deal with and even after switching my vehicle choice a couple of times happy with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Encino. Our friend that referred us spoke highly of Mercedes Benz of Encino and told us to ask for Gail Cooper. Our experenice with her was wonderful. She is a very pleasant saleperson,not pushy,and very honest. She knew a lot about all the Mercedes models. We will be purchasing a new Mercedes when the 2012 models come out. We also will refer people to Gail Cooper. She is a plus for this dealship. Her professionalism is enhanced by her cheerful and friendly demeanor. More
I recently purchased a Mercedes ML350 from REBECCA MACUK at Mercedes Benz of Encino. She was amazing, she took me through all of the safety features, pointed out all of the different options and ultimately at Mercedes Benz of Encino.
