The International Autos Group is a family owned and operated group of dealerships. The owner of the organization is Ralph Mauro, the son of Frank Mauro, who purchased his original dealership in 1968.
Frank Mauro left behind quite a legacy and one that included instilling strong work ethics in Ralph. In turn, Ralph instilled those hard work ethics in his son, Francis, who became the third-generation of the Mauro family to join the auto industry. The International Autos Group is one of the largest retailers of new and pre-owned vehicles in the Midwest. Because of this volume, customers can expect not only the finest of luxury selections, but also a volume-based price which may simply not be available at smaller, single location dealerships.

I bought a Mercedes Metris through Jim. Jim made sure the van was perfect and made for an easy transaction. He honored 2021 pricing instead of the new 2022 pricing. He could have charged me over sticker with the current market, but did not. They made the entire transaction as pleasant as they could in the current climate of waiting on vehicles with all the supply chain issues. This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased through them and have 2 more on order. Thank you Jim! More

Ivory’s attention to detail and thoroughness on making sure I understood the car, process and financing was fantastic! Rafael Dianov was also a part of my fantastic experience. He was very thorough in the financing experience. Which put me at ease when finalizing the details of purchase. Friendly and clean. Good communication with the person answering the phone to the sales person. The lender person was organized and had everything ready. The wifi in the building was an issue with our setting up the car to our accounts. We had to request a code 13 times until we got it all connected. It says the code is good for 15 minutes though each time it had timed out by the time we got it. Alex asked Ivory to help us with the set up and that was great. We appreciated her taking the time away from her day to assist. We are looking forward to driving the car and learning all about the things it can as we go forward.. Thank you! More
