Truly Exception Service! I had my steering wheel replaced in FL. Two weeks later, on a road trip from FL to WI, I found the horn did not work! The closest dealership - Mercedes-Benz of Milwaukee rudely refused to even look at it. They recommended I go to Dick's Sporting Goods and purchase an air horn. I drove to Mercedes-Benz of Elmbrook - without an appointment where Service Advisor Nick C. and Mechanic Chris (I think his name was Chris) dropped what they were doing to help me. My issue was completely resolved in a super fast, professional and compassionate manner. Amazing Service Department staff! I wish I could move them to south FL! More

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! This has been the worst experience I have had with a dealership and I work with many dealerships. I bought a 08 Mercedes C300 TCU and fluids and filt This has been the worst experience I have had with a dealership and I work with many dealerships. I bought a 08 Mercedes C300 TCU and fluids and filter from them and told them I’d be doing the work myself and bringing it in for service to them and they don't even know the proper procedure to program a new unit, they are now telling me it will be $1,000 more than previously quoted because they didn't know or tell me they need a serial number off the valve body, so they need to remove the TCU and do a transmission flush. Dan, the service manager, and a service tech were both unhelpful and rude. I told them I’d be leaving a bad review and the manager said “Go ahead”! Smh what a business… not to mention I buy thousands of dollars of parts from them. Not anymore. They are now refusing to work on the car costing me even more. BEWARE OF MERCEDES OF ELMBROOK PARTS AND SERVICE DEPARTMENTS. I called back and the lady there hung up the phone when I told her I was frustrated with their way of doing business.. Go somewhere else... try the Mercedes dealerships in Rockford, IL or Madison, WI first, they are much more helpful and give better customer service and are more knowledgeable than Mercedes-Benz of Elmbrook. More
