Limited communication and follow up from the dealer. The intake person, Andy, was very good although he was just filling in because people didn't show up for work. Questions left in VM with Ve were unanswered for two days. I had to call to find out what was going on with my car, then to hear it needed a new engine! I just took it in because the check engine light came on. Texting picture of the underside of the car and a nail in the tire that wasn't evident and sending a video in a text just doesn't seem to be the type of service I expect from a Mercedes dealer. More
