The International Autos Group is a family owned and operated group of dealerships. The owner of the organization is Ralph Mauro, the son of Frank Mauro, who purchased his original dealership in 1968.
Frank Mauro left behind quite a legacy and one that included instilling strong work ethics in Ralph. In turn, Ralph instilled those hard work ethics in his son, Francis, who became the third-generation of the Mauro family to join the auto industry. Friendly and clean. Good communication with the person answering the phone to the sales person. The lender person was organized and had everything ready. The wifi in the building was an issue with our setting up the car to our accounts. We had to request a code 13 times until we got it all connected. It says the code is good for 15 minutes though each time it had timed out by the time we got it. Alex asked Ivory to help us with the set up and that was great. We appreciated her taking the time away from her day to assist. We are looking forward to driving the car and learning all about the things it can as we go forward.. Thank you! More

Disassembled my engine with 2k turbo and manifolds in pile on their floor. Now having issues with manifold error after they worked on it. They offered another “3k” deal to fix. This is the only dealership that will not wash my van after keeping it for five days and this is my second trip in two months this is my third sprinter and the service is getting worse and worse but the after keeping it for five days and this is my second trip in two months this is my third sprinter and the service is getting worse and worse but the prices for service is going up and up and I'm OK with that but I'm not OK when they return my truck and it's dirty if Toyota was making vans I would never purchase Mercedes I don't understand why people buying Mercedes cars they are a piece of crap and then rusting in the garage More

This is my 1st and last recent interaction with this dealer (or would I say stealership). They list a Sprinter for 64K and then when I called the price INCREASED to 74K When I asked, they said it's 10 dealer (or would I say stealership). They list a Sprinter for 64K and then when I called the price INCREASED to 74K When I asked, they said it's 10K upcharge because the Sprinter is in demand. So if the Sprinter is no longer in demand would you reduce the price 10K, highly not likely. STEER AWAY from this. Just wait until this marker becomes buyers market and we'll see about this upcharge crap. More
