The International Autos Group is a family owned and operated group of dealerships. The owner of the organization is Ralph Mauro, the son of Frank Mauro, who purchased his original dealership in 1968.
Frank Mauro left behind quite a legacy and one that included instilling strong work ethics in Ralph. In turn, Ralph instilled those hard work ethics in his son, Francis, who became the third-generation of the Mauro family to join the auto industry. International Autos features the best of the world's import and domestic manufacturers. With an ever-changing selection, one is sure to find a vehicle that fits their list of wants and needs.
The International Autos Group is one of the largest retailers of new and pre-owned vehicles in the Midwest. Because of this volume, customers can expect not only the finest of luxury selections, but also a volume-based price which may simply not be available at smaller, single location dealerships.

I never leave reviews and always give companies a chance to fix issues, but this needed to be shared. I have much better things to do with my time, but if I help anyone else by posting this, I will be happy to fix issues, but this needed to be shared. I have much better things to do with my time, but if I help anyone else by posting this, I will be happy. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from Mercedes. Our company runs a fleet of vehicles and we have multiple Mercedes Sprinters, which we will be selling immediately! We had purchased this specific Sprinter in 2021 with an extended warranty which covers the vehicle up to 100,000 miles. The van had an engine failure below 100,000 miles and Mercedes refused to cover it. Even though we spent the money on the extended warranty and should have been 100% covered, we offered to cover half the bill in order to put this behind. They even refused that! We provided documentation on oil changes and service. We run an entire fleet, have a dedicated fleet manager, and have zero issues with our other vehicles. To top it off, this vehicle had issues in 2022 with the engine so it was clearly bad from the start. Mercedes name is not what it use to be and I would not trust them to stand behind their word regardless if it's a passenger vehicle or work van. Also, good luck getting timely service from them. STEER CLEAR and spend your money with a dealership and company you can trust. This has been reported to BBB and other actions will be taken to ensure no one else has to go through this. So you know I'm fair, Andy the service manager is a very nice person, but he doesn't make the final decision. More

We worked with Sunny over at Mercedes of Elmbrook and he was fantastic! We needed a new Sprinter for our fleet and he was able to track one down across the country and get it to us on time.
