The people are nice. However, it took many calls to get someone to take care of my issue. I was promised return calls to which there were none. This is only my second time having to take my new car in and so far I have not received what I would expect from a Mercedes dealership. The first time I took my very clean, detailed car in and received it back with giant bird droppings. It isn’t horrible service. Just not top notch, exceptional. We shall see next time. More

During my vehicles service, the complimentary inspection found incorrect clamps that another shop used causing a fuel line to leak which they properly corrected. I’ve tried using other shops trying to save a little money, and each time it turned out to be a poor ROI. When a I look to my next vehicle purchase, the outstanding service is one more reason to choose MB of EDH. Thank you Dan for treating me like family! More
