My service rep Don Vandershoot is awesome! I had to have a defective windshield replaced and my blind spot assist was inoperative. Don tried to reset the computer and it functioned for 2 days a I had to have a defective windshield replaced and my blind spot assist was inoperative. Don tried to reset the computer and it functioned for 2 days after I got home (in Tahoe 100 miles away) It has failed again and I'm headed back down. This is not Dons fault. This vehicle has had issues. But Don always takes care of me. He sets me up with a loaner. He works to get me in and out quickly if possible. He greets me and my family warmly. He is family. This is my 4th ML because of Don. More
collision assist plus on brand new 2015 CLA250 I was greeted promptly even though I was early...friendly and efficient. Provided a driver to take me home and back here in EDH. I love that!! Really good other than took a 90 minutes more than estimared Service A for 10k miles. Took 90 minutes more than estimated. Total time was almost 3 hours. I am notified promptly via phone calls if there are any changes or possible delays, and I am always provided a loaner vehicle when needed. After 15 years of bouncing between Mercedes Benz on Howe (Worst Customer Service in town) and other local mechanics, we are so happy to have found Mercedes Benzes in El Dorado Hills. The superior customer service of the service department (because service is key is each MB) and helpful sales staff will keep us coming back! More

Go thru meet/greet process w/ attendant who promptly confirms my arrival, appt, service type, etc. Invited to await "my" service rep in lounge. A particularly well appointed lounge. Service rep not available so still waiting. Ride arrives to pick me up but still waiting. 20+ minutes after check-in now so I bid goodbye to outside attendant to then be flagged down while exiting. My very apologetic and pleasant service rep reaffirms all that was already in evidence. The personal attention and lounge experience must be treasured by some but I prefer clarity of purpose and a timely departure. After-hours drop off offers that. Rental car joints have this down. Dr's offices...not so much. Nothing unpleasant about the interaction, fine MB folks just doin' their job. But, can I just check-in with the attendant for routine stuff and split w/o the time consuming service rep embrace, especially when my ride is waiting? I'll sign a TLC waiver. Thanx. More
