What we didn't like were the following: 1) Each time our vehicle receives a complimentary wash, it's done poorly and returns visibly dirty with road grime along the side runners, rear bumper and trunk. When we point this out, we're told to come back some time and ask for a free wash.. not dignifying. This even occurred when we Purchased the vehicle and they had applied what was to be an expensive coat of "CilaJet". The car washes aren't at all serious and leaves us wondering about the maintenance. 2) When we dropped off the car and I left with my wife and children to run some errands during maintenance, my wife pointed out the tech driving my car back to the garage... he was driving slowly across the parking lot entrance, head turned completely around backwards not watching where he was going, egregiously gawking at a very young girl crossing the street behind him. More
