Normally service if fabulous and my service advisor, Daniel Clarke, is beyond fabulous. However, he was off when I picked up my car Monday. The usual porter, Scotty, wasn’t there either. His replacement Daniel Clarke, is beyond fabulous. However, he was off when I picked up my car Monday. The usual porter, Scotty, wasn’t there either. His replacement, Bert, couldn’t find my car! Then he told me I’d have to wait over an hour to get my car washed! I realize I’m being very picky but for $8300 in repairs, being a customer for 20 years and buying three cars from Mercedes of El Dorado Hills, I expect better service. More
