The problem I had with my car is well known to the dealership, odor if the AC My problem us that they kept denying the problem instead of addressing it. Jason tried to help and be professional, but drying the problem that keeps recurring was not helpful. David was very rude to me and nonprofessional. Gayton was the only one that listened to my problem and addressed it professionally. I am still suffering from the AC smell and often times it leaves me with a bad sinus headache. I felt I was deceived by the sales department who did not disclose this to me at the time of purchase. One of the main reasons for chiding Mercedes was the fact that it has a good filter as I am very sensitive to smell. Regret I bought a Mercedes although otherwise I love my car. More

Brought my car in for service, and Gayton listened and took good care of my car issues. The only bad thing was I didn’t know that I needed a credit card for a loaner car.
