I recently had an amazing experience at El Dorado Hills Mercedes, I was greeted by Charlesetta Peoples and received 5-star service throughout the entire process. Miss Peoples went out of her way to f Hills Mercedes, I was greeted by Charlesetta Peoples and received 5-star service throughout the entire process. Miss Peoples went out of her way to find the right CPO GLS450 for my family, While I was guarded in the beginning Miss Peoples helped to make the whole experience enjoyable and on top of everything, we got a good deal. Managers Chad Wessling and Dereck Upright closed the deal in less than an hour, it was a seamless process. Devin Lewis our service consultant finished up with completing a beautiful ceramic coating and sealant. We could not be more pleased, and the car looks new. James in the parts department made sure we were comfortable while they brought the car around. Our thanks to Miss Peoples and the staff at El Dorado Hills Mercedes! This was a great day. More

Customer service has decreased tremendously at this particular location. Communication is poor and not effective. Have to continuously bring car over for the same reason. Service associates demeanor is particular location. Communication is poor and not effective. Have to continuously bring car over for the same reason. Service associates demeanor is not nice and he fets mad when he misses his calls or texts. Not appreciate at all. I have requested to change my service clerk as I was very unhappy with the way I was treated on my last interaction when I was in for service! More
