For the price of service, I expected gold star or even bronze star treatment. I never even received a smile or hello. Felt like I was bothering them by coming in for my appointment. After 5-6 times in the shop and more than half a year, the whistling noise issue is still not resolved completely for my brand new GLE350. This might not be the dealer’s fault. It has a design flaw. Although the seal is better but the noise level for my $90k GLE is worse than a half price Toyota or Honda. Shame on MB!!! More
