My service rep Don Vandershoot is awesome! I had to have a defective windshield replaced and my blind spot assist was inoperative. Don tried to reset the computer and it functioned for 2 days a I had to have a defective windshield replaced and my blind spot assist was inoperative. Don tried to reset the computer and it functioned for 2 days after I got home (in Tahoe 100 miles away) It has failed again and I'm headed back down. This is not Dons fault. This vehicle has had issues. But Don always takes care of me. He sets me up with a loaner. He works to get me in and out quickly if possible. He greets me and my family warmly. He is family.
