Years have passed and we have referred family and friends to Eric for assistance. Actually, our family has purchased six cars, all from Eric! We look for Eric each time because he has always been straight up with us, which we sincerely appreciate. Eric is always professional, yet friendly and always knowledgeable about each vehicle. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from MB El Dorado Hills and we have made the drive up because this is where Eric Johnson is working! Eric is a true asset to your team. Really good other than took a 90 minutes more than estimared Service A for 10k miles. Took 90 minutes more than estimated. Total time was almost 3 hours.
