Once I got an appointment, the service is great. However, getting an appointment is not easy. No one seems to answer the phone, nor return phone calls. Making the appointment online is no easier, which I finally had to do. But my appointment wasn’t confirmed for over a week and so I didn’t know if I had an appointment or not. Customer's last service was lacking in help and support. Car was in dealership for 3+ days and we were only contacted once. Had to phone dealership multiple times to get status of car. support. My daughter had a flat late a night and was towed to the dealership, the next morning Matt from service called me to say they received it. When I told him I was going to pick it up and I would put the spare dealership, the next morning Matt from service called me to say they received it. When I told him I was going to pick it up and I would put the spare on myself he said ok no problem. When I got there he has one of his techs do it all for me and was so very nice and helpful! Great experience! More
The actual servicing of my vehicle was fine and they washed the outside of the car. But....the inside is another matter. They hadn't washed the windows on the inside. I returned the vehicle back and washed the outside of the car. But....the inside is another matter. They hadn't washed the windows on the inside. I returned the vehicle back and my Asst. Service Manager, Danial, who cleaned the inside of the windshield himself using the needed cleaner and towels kept at the service island. With the window cleaning items being available at the service island indicates to me that the detail department is not paying attention to their job like they should. It makes me wonder if the attention to detail might be lacking elsewhere. More
