The worst dealership ever. Rude people answer phones “destiny”. Charged me for prepaid maintenance oil change, I had a 4 year lease but sold me a maintenance package that expires almost at 3 years. First off that’s a first. Second, I’ll never purchase a prepaid anything realizing the scam of it. I own a $75,000 Mercedes my lease is up in a few days I asked them if they would waive the oil change because I didn’t realize that it expired before my lease was up that’s just ridiculous why would you want a maintenance package to expire in the first place especially if I’m the one that paid for it so they made money off of my maintenance package because I had to pay for the oil change twice. I actually decided to finance the car I have now and keep it since the trade in value on it is over $60,000 so Mercedes-Benz financial is going to be financing the remainder of the cost of the car of $30,000 I would’ve left there that day with a new car if they would’ve honored my maintenance package but actually I’m glad that I didn’t stay because now if I want to sell my car I can make a bunch of money and they were only going to give me $15,000 in equity toward another car . Mercedes-Benz does not treat customers the way they used to at least my first Mercedes in 2008 and they treated me so amazingly but I could tell over the years customer care and service has went downhill. I drove three hours to this dealership only to find out they sold me a maintenance package that expired before my lease was even up. When my last maintenance service was due even though I was a little late it was already expired so they sold me a package knowing I would end up paying for the last service. My car is four years old and only has 18,000 miles on it so I wasn’t worried about driving three hours because I live in a small town with no Mercedes dealers so I had to make a long drive only to find out my maintenance package expired almost a year ago I definitely will never buy a maintenance package when I get a new Mercedes ever again I’ll just pay for it myself they’ve now made maintenance package is a way for them to make money not to look out for their customers the dealership was really empty all the offices were empty all the sales man we’re just sitting around nothing was going on at all but I still felt like everybody was too busy to talk to me or to do anything to help me out anyway needless to say I paid for my oil change twice drove home three hours call Mercedes-Benz financial and found out that I can purchase my car with them financing it for me since they’ve already financed six leases in the past never been late on a payment in my life but did I get rewarded now they rip me off and double charge me for an oil change pretty sad that a company with so much money Has to Rob their customers More

Mechanic was great. I was not happy about waiting 45 minutes to go on a test drive but they were able to fix the problem on the spot so I did not have to return to pick I was not happy about waiting 45 minutes to go on a test drive but they were able to fix the problem on the spot so I did not have to return to pick up the car. I don’t think the issue was the service department but the administrator who scheduled it did not make a note that I needed to go on a test drive. More
