So I've been having an awful time getting my app linked up to my new used car from Rocklin Mercedes. I wrote a review disappointed in the inablitlity to take care of this problem. Between their Corporate office and Dealership in Rocklin nothing. Three weeks of leaving messages and not one returned call. I got so made I left reviews on here about their dealership and left message for Branch Manager. So I got the idea to call Mercedes of El Dorado Hills. I Talked to a lady name Julia and she was so helpful. She was beyond over the top to get this settled. She connected me to a Sales Rep named Barry.. Omg.. within 5 minutes It was taken care of. Thank you Ms. Julia and Mr. Barry... Not even where I bought the car and they fixed my problem in minutes. If I lived closer to El Dorado Hills iD be going there for Service too, More
