The people are nice. However, it took many calls to get someone to take care of my issue. I was promised return calls to which there were none. This is only my second time having to take my new car in and so far I have not received what I would expect from a Mercedes dealership. The first time I took my very clean, detailed car in and received it back with giant bird droppings. It isn’t horrible service. Just not top notch, exceptional. We shall see next time. More

During my vehicles service, the complimentary inspection found incorrect clamps that another shop used causing a fuel line to leak which they properly corrected. I’ve tried using other shops trying to save a little money, and each time it turned out to be a poor ROI. The dealership was clean and the entire staff was very friendly and super attentive to basically everyone that was inside. He was very efficient at meeting all our needs and went above and beyond what we could have expected. While we were at the dealership William realized that we hadn’t eaten lunch and next thing you know we were eating good food at the dense shop while the paperwork was being finalized. William also personally drove the car down for us (4 hours round trip). The dealership receives 5 stars but all of those stars were earned by the awesome salesperson William Marta. Thank you sir! Brought car in for first 10K/annual Service A at 8:30am which should have taken about 3 hrs. Had to leave car overnight due to problems with check engine light and wire harness issues. No loaners we’re ava which should have taken about 3 hrs. Had to leave car overnight due to problems with check engine light and wire harness issues. No loaners we’re available so had to be dropped off and picked up by Lyft taxi service. Very inconvenient.
