Sold me a GLS 450 with 2 chunks of rubber missing from the sidewall. I unfortunately didn't catch this before allowing my wife to drive off the lot with my 2 kids! They refused to replace the tire. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a dealership and the most corrupt interaction in my life. First and foremost I was working with a individual named Joseph, I’m not a all in a hurry to get another but I wanted to crunch numbers and I liked a car I seen here so I drove 45 mins. I arrived with a pre-approval letter from my bank and stated before arriving that I had an approval for the amount needed and therefore I DID NOT WANT MY CREDIT RAN! Joseph stated mutliple times they were not going to run my credit. I asked him specifically, why are you putting my information on a credit application if you’re not running my credit. He then states I assure you we will not run your credit and we work on a “cuddle buddy” system, whatever that means. I literally asked this at least 7 times to be as clear as possible. Then he proceeds to say “We cant even run your credit unless we have your signature and you are telling me not to run your credit”. I did not fill out anything and I did not sign anything. He goes to the next room and next thing you know I’m receiving multiple emails and notifications from credit karma and Experian showing SEVERAL HARD INQUIRES on my credit. Then he comes back in and I immediately ask him did you run my credit. Of course he says no then says let me go ask my sales manager. I get up and follow because I want to talk to the sales manager. The corrupt sales manager I spoke to is RAMZI SALTO. He also acted clueless initially before I stated all the banks they ran my credit through, then he says sorry but you can just dispute it. They had no answer as to why they ILLEGALLY ran my credit with no signature or a prior authorization! This was a disgusting way to do business and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. If the sales manager feels comfortable doing this I can only imagine what everyone else is doing. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and also contacting a states lawyer to find out what else can be done legally. More
Do not purchase from here, we bought a car and our salesman name was Khan. He made promises he doesn’t keep. I called for a sales manager and told they will call me back, never got the call back and I did this several times. We where also only given one key for our car. He said to call a number after a month. He didn’t give us the number and we needed it. No call backs. They lied to us and do t care after you pay them for the car you buy. This is how these dirt bags treat military veterans and their family’s. This is how they treat their customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. More
This dealership sold us a used 2020 Mercedes Benz E350 with major engine defects which they probably detected during the multi points diagnostic test they did prior to putting it for sell and opted to con with major engine defects which they probably detected during the multi points diagnostic test they did prior to putting it for sell and opted to conceal it without fixing it or didn’t do a more thorough inspection. We were assured by the Salesman Mr. Khan that as a major dealer accredited by Mercedes Benz USA, all used cars placed for sale must pass through comprehensive inspections. My daughter went to this dealership and concluded the transaction just last May 2024. She came back on holidays within less than 2 months of buying it with a complaint that the car doesn’t move smoothly like our other 2 Mercedes Benz in our possession. I drove it and confirmed same observation. A routine basic servicing was done to change the spark plugs so she could drive it back to her school. The vehicle sometimes jerks and stalls. Vehicle was taken back to the same dealership service centre where she bought it and the diagnostic report showed that one of the engine cylinder head is misfiring and needed to be replaced at a whopping cost of $9,480.00. Such major engine defect won’t have developed within a short period of using it after buying the vehicle. It is believed that the dealership knew and deliberately avoided repairing it and sold it to my daughter. All efforts to get them take full responsibility of it failed. My daughter was treated very shabbily and kept unattended for about an hour at the Dealership when she came to sought their taking care of it. She was literally shoved out of the dealership by the same person who was extremely very customer friendly and responsive when he was luring or begging her to buy the car. The salesman after keeping her waiting for an hour, sarcastically gave her a handwritten note with the name of their lawyer and phone number to contact if she has any complaint. We feel scammed and unfairly treated by a supposed major Mercedes Benz dealership. Please keep away from away from this Mercedes Benz dealership especially for used vehicles. Their honesty and consistent good customer service is seriously in doubt based on our experience. I wish we did a research of their customer reviews and also came with a vehicle handheld diagnostic device to double check the condition of that vehicle before buying it. Such major car engine problems would have started long before it was sold and ought to have been flagged or shown with a good engine diagnostic device. More

Ordered a 2024 Mercedes GLC 300 from out of state on 11/11/23 with cash down payments of $4,146 & $5,000 respectfully. Made numerous calls asking for something on paper tying the $9,146 to the vehicle b 11/11/23 with cash down payments of $4,146 & $5,000 respectfully. Made numerous calls asking for something on paper tying the $9,146 to the vehicle being ordered they completely ignored us. Then the vehicle arrives a month later and we finally get to see what were paying for in total, after my constant insistence in wanting copy of lease agreement. In those figures was the first month payment which I assumed was for 1st month after getting the vehicle, then I discover later that payment was for month we never had possession of the vehicle. Worst dealership I have ever done business with in 50 plus years in customer service, all they seem to be interested is in closing the deal. This could have been resolved very easily with their finance people being more transparent with their customers. More
The sales People we worked with were nice. However they tried to through in worthless exterior and interior coating for $1400, that's a lot of money for a coat of wax. Don't fall for that xx. They also tried to add on VIN Etching xx. Again I refused to pay of this. This was all really annoying since I had been clear from the beginning I wanted al costs upfront. They have been good a taking care of a few items that were not right after the fact. However it has been 3 months since I got the car and they still have not transferred title! I had to waste an afternoon to go back and get it re-smogged since they went over the 90 day limit. Still overall an OK experience, but they really should drop the xx on the coating and Phantom footprint, it really cheapens the experience. More
