I have been a loyal client for MB El Cajon but their post-sale service has dropped to 0. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their finance department needed to get us some paperwork and after almost 6 w post-sale service has dropped to 0. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their finance department needed to get us some paperwork and after almost 6 weeks of emailing and calling with never a response like promised we decided just to go ask for the paperwork at MBSD. We were dealing with Tomas who is the finance manager. Never have I dealt with such an unresponsive manager. I would expect something else after buying more than 10 cars from this dealership. This dealership is the opposite of under-promise over deliver. More

Waited almost a month for an appointment, brought the car in early on the appointment day for a scheduled 20K mile service. I was told that the shop was very busy so it would probably take until the nex car in early on the appointment day for a scheduled 20K mile service. The following day I was told by the service manager assigned to my vehicle that no one had looked at it yet and that I should expect to wait a few more days. Why bother taking appointments if the work won't be completed on time. The kicker is that of course they ran out of "Loaners" and sent me to Enterprise for a cheap rental. More

Gerardo was very helpful through a difficult time. MB's supply chain issues kept a replacement warrantied part from reaching the dealership for a month or so.
