I own a 2009 SL 550. I bought the car when it was still under the certified warranty so I’ve been going to Mercedes of El Cajon for almost 10 years. They are wonderful p I bought the car when it was still under the certified warranty so I’ve been going to Mercedes of El Cajon for almost 10 years. They are wonderful people and I enjoy the relationships that I have with both Franco the customer service Person for repairs and my mechanic Jose who is very skilled at figuring out what is wrong with my car when I bring it in. I think he is an expert now in 2009 SL 550s. I love my car and I love the attention that I get from Franco when I ask for an explanation about a part or service. I would never take my car anywhere else. I know my 2009 won’t last forever and when it finally does go I will be back at Mercedes of El Cajon to find a replacement. If you need your Mercedes serviced, don’t hesitate to ask for Franco as your representative he’s the best. More
