Dishonest I bought a new car here and from the beginning have had negative experiences. When I first received the car it still had tape on the paint surfaces. It was not inspected properly and was sold to me with a defective paint job. A year later I still have not been able to resolve this issue satisfactory. They damaged my car and of course deny damaging it. They overcharged me by over 100% on some accessories. Trying to resolve issues with Dan Collins, GM and Ernie Serrano the service and parts manager is an effort in futility. Best just to avoid this place. More

I dealt with the service advisor Franco Salazar who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly to say the least. I expressed to Franco that I was short on time and he was able to prioritize my service quote and accommodate accordingly. In addition, the shuttle driver who helped me was an incredibly friendly and knowledgable employee as well although I cant quite remember his name. Its the small things that make the difference and this team made it seem like a white glove concierge service. I highly recommend using MB El Cajon. More

My first experience with this dealer and it was great I had an airbag recall on my Sprinter based RV and had called another dealer previously to schedule. The parts were not available at the time but I received no call back after months. So I tried MB of El Cajon. I was aware they had built a new service center and might now be able to handle my larger vehicle. Not only could they handle it, but they offered to do the work at my home. Rarely do we get to see technicians work on our vehicles. Chris was impressive. He had every tool he needed in hand and had both airbags changed out in well under an hour. I look forward to coming in for other service as they are closer to me than the other dealer. More

I have got both - while you wait and drop off services performed and during the wait, the car was ready in time, for drop off, the car has always been ready on schedule and their text updates service is really good, I get to know the updates in real time and then can plan accordingly. Cesar and Gorge are very professional and cooperative. This is my go to location for service needs. Follow up by the manager is icing on the cake, gives you an opportunity to share your feedback, mine has been positive, as for the great visit experiences! Kudos to the MBEC team! More

I arrived hone from vacation to my car window being smashed out while it was in my “secure community” parking garage. After being in a holding pattern with insurance, window glass shops, and Mercedes San Diego for 5 hours and making no progress whatsoever I called Mercedes El Cajon to get a simple question (I had been on hold with Mercedes San Diego for nearly 45 minutes to get the same question answered). The phone rang twice twice and was answered by a gentleman named Christian. I asked him my question and explained the situation. He got me scheduled to come into the service department within 20 minutes to get everything fixed. They allowed me to use a rental car while service advisor Jonathan patiently went back and forth with my insurance to get the damage covered. When I went back to pick up my car they completed a complimentary full detail of it. Mercedes Benz El Cajon will be my new dealership as they far exceeded any expectations I had. Thank you! More
