I am very disappointed in the treatment and experience I had with her. She is very unprofessional and thinks that everyone who walks in the dealership is a strocker and not a serious buyer. First thing she did when she approached me she asked if I am buying or looking? As if she didn’t wanna help either. I am very very disappointed in the experience she provided. Horrible and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone working with a sales women like her. She is not there to help you she is there for the commission. I’ve worked with many other sales people at Mercedes of El Cajon and Sam kalasho he is one of the best in the business. She is so horrible and wouldn’t wanna go back if she is still there. I want Dan the GM of Benz to contact me directly. I am not letting this slide away. More

I have had nothing but great service from each individual I've met at MBEC. They answer my questions, get me into a nice loaner or drop/pickup as needed, and give my car back to me sparkling clean. Absolutely the worst.
