I had the pleasure of working with Ansam (Sam) from day one and let me tell you, to say that he went above and beyond for me is a huge understatement. I had leased a vehicle from Mercedes Benz in Kearny Me one and let me tell you, to say that he went above and beyond for me is a huge understatement. I had leased a vehicle from Mercedes Benz in Kearny Mesa and my lease was coming to an end. Due to Covid and the vehicle inventory shortage, I was having an issue finding what I wanted. MB Kearny Mesa was stressing me out trying to purchase my vehicle and really didn't give me any viable options other than either purchasing my lease or sell it to them. I decided to visit MB El Cajon and although Sam did say that inventory was low, he suggested that I put in a build for a new vehicle and that would assure that I get exactly what I wanted. I decided to do just that, and the experience was not only fun, but it was exciting to know that there was a vehicle coming specifically for me. It took just over 5 months for my vehicle to arrive to the dealership. Sam was very communicative during the wait time giving me updates and assured me that the vehicle would in fact arrive in time before my lease was over. When the vehicle arrived, it was everything that I imagined and more! Sam also gave me top dollar on the trade-in equity that I had on my car, and I was able to apply that towards the down payment. All in all, this was the best car purchasing experience I've had. The process was pleasant and seamless, and Sam is just the guy that you want to talk to if you're looking for a vehicle at Mercedes Benz. you will not regret it! More
