Well as always, Services was Outstanding! I had a Flat Tire! So, I just replaced all four tires because they were due for replacement (tread was worn). Cesar Flores and the service team at MB EC always go out if their way to accommodate! I drive 40 minutes to go here when there are other MB dealers closer to my home. Highly recommend. All i can say is, Sam, i didnt know i had a brother/family with you! Thank you so much for listening to me and asking the right questions on what i've wanted. You are a blessing in disquise! and also a shotout to the Manager and Team MB El Cajon!!! Good thing i followed my gut feeling. Being a first time Mercedes Benz GLE350 owner, it's the best or nothing feeling! Awesome MBUX Infotainment, decent gas mileage, easy to drive, the comfort and class is hands down, and oh my, what an interior design. My Wife is so happy for the Christmas Gift she had and was suprise when she open the garage. Couldnt make it possible without the help from SAM, my man, you go above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos to you my Brother! Highly recommended for you all to get together with Sam on what you need. We loved the GLE350 and will greatly enjoy the days ahead. More
