It is understandable that COVID has altered the customers experience. It was an adventure getting a vehicle from Enterprise - they had only a large truck if I did not desire to pay more, so I drove a truck experience. Maintenance was performed on my SL550 & GLE350 - the safe sensors were inoperable on the SL and prior to departure I was assured they worked - after driving 2 miles the notification came on that they were still inoperative necessitating a return in the future. My first MBZ was in 1970 and I will remain a fan as you work through COVID problems. Please reinstate the European Deluvery program! More
