I had a disappointing experience with my "B" service for my Sprinter Van prior to this recent appointment. I do not give reviews often but had to give a negative review for that service. After that review Mercedes of El Cajon's Service Drive Supervisor (Michael Del Real) really did everything possible to make things right and bring me back as a customer. I will look forward to a better service experience in the future. I hope that all customers will benefit from managements response to valid critical reviews. Had a great experience working with Daniel Romero, who made the car buying process easy. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient, and did his best in helping us negotiate a price. The paperw made the car buying process easy. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient, and did his best in helping us negotiate a price. The paperwork and financial process was also somewhat quick and easy and the woman processing our paperwork was friendly and worked efficiently to get everything signed. Definitely one of my better car buying experiences and will return to this dealership in the future. More

It is understandable that COVID has altered the customers experience. It was an adventure getting a vehicle from Enterprise - they had only a large truck if I did not desire to pay more, so I drove a truck experience. It was an adventure getting a vehicle from Enterprise - they had only a large truck if I did not desire to pay more, so I drove a truck for the first time. Maintenance was performed on my SL550 & GLE350 - the safe sensors were inoperable on the SL and prior to departure I was assured they worked - after driving 2 miles the notification came on that they were still inoperative necessitating a return in the future. My first MBZ was in 1970 and I will remain a fan as you work through COVID problems. Please reinstate the European Deluvery program! More
