I had to take my car back to them for an unresolved warranty issue. I received a call from the service director apologizing for the inconvenience. Glad I requested it. The price is high but it is a cheap investment to keep the maintenance up to date. Expect many trouble free miles. More

Bryan Pineda and his supervisor were extremely interested in helping me with my atypical service needs. They were head and shoulders above the other three MB dealers I’ve used for service on my ‘2 interested in helping me with my atypical service needs. They were head and shoulders above the other three MB dealers I’ve used for service on my ‘21 Sprinter up-fitted for off road use. The service team at MB of El Cajon was determined to solve my problems rather than just move on toward 5:00 pm like other dealers’ service staff did.
