I even asked to see some pre owned cars and Eli was patient and willing to walk me around to help me make a decision i was happy with. At the end I wound up with a NEW E-Class outfitted exactly the way i wanted it and at a great price! A week before we went to Ray Catena of Union to trade in my 2009 Mazda CX9 and service we received from the Ray Catena Mercedes Benz team of Edison. A week before we went to Ray Catena of Union to trade in my 2009 Mazda CX9 and lease a GLK. Needless to say we were not given the type of service and accomodation we should have received, and, quite frankly felt insulted. We then spoke with Doug Wells, General Manager of the Edison franchise who worked tirelessly to find us the right lease deal and took care of the Mazda. This is a team who understands people and will go to great lengths to win their loyalty to the brand and make them feel like they matter. Kudos to Doug, Steve and the rest of the group.
