My Dealership participates in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. Please let us know how we can help resolve these issues. Brian Kramer General Manager Mercedes-Benz of Easton

I bought a vehicle that is now one year old. I was in recently because when I bought the vehicle I was assured of Germain's support for it's customers. I went in with 17000 miles on a 09 clk 550 coupe because of RWD it is horrible in the winter. I was firmly offered 26k and something. I told the salesperson I didn't care what car I got into as long as it was a 4matic. He tried to help me get into an Eclass but the sales manager refused to lower the price one penny from the stated msrp even though we talked about actual market value for my trade he refused to give actual market value for the new car. I researched based on online resources that shows what people actually paid for the eclass recently but again he stated the price was what it was and I'd need 29000 out of pocket to get into this Eclass now. I was also told upon buying this car last year that it'll be great in the snow because of the stability control and that mercedes go great in the snow. I'm unhappy with the car and I wanted help getting into something without money down and with a similar payment. I know there many options for financing because I have been through many cars. I also realize there was negative equity with my prior vehicle and with my current vehicle but I am not stupid and I have done research on both the car that I was selling and the car that I was interested in buying. I even told the salesperson that I wasn't even interested in a specific model just as long as it was a 4matic and didn't have money out of pocket and the payment didn't increase that much. I could tell there wasn't any care in what was being told to me. The sales person seemed to empathsize with my situation, but the financial person was cold, uncaring, and had a look of disdain because of what the appraisal read and what I owed. There was a large difference in the two but the fact that I had a mercedes that I had purchased from that dealer and was coming back in for help was the furthest thing from his mind. My reason for posting this was congruent to the time and effort put forth by my sales person and appraiser at the time I was in. I am not stupid, uneducated, and I pick on many nuances that people probably don't think I do. I work at a hospital with many other medical professionals and I work hard, doing my best to care for each and every patient. I expect the same when investing a considerable amount of money into a car or even with the consideration of investing a considerable amount of money into a car. Another thing that I realized today that occured at the dealer that I wasn't aware of is my credit was run while I was test driving a vehicle and I don't recall signing a statement authorizing this. I hope that there would be a copy of this on file so that I can verify I signed this? Please feel free to contact me at my home email address of Recebir@yahoo.com. Thank you for listening to my concerns and experiences. Eric Moon
