I was completely satisfied with my salesperson Doug Horner. He made my sale as smooth as he could. I was a little concerned when on both of my first two visits to the dealership, neither of the ladies Horner. He made my sale as smooth as he could. I was a little concerned when on both of my first two visits to the dealership, neither of the ladies that greeted me knew who Doug was in the dealership. I understand that he was new, but staff should know staff. Slightly unprofessional. I also was lost in the cracks while waiting to finish the paperwork on my car. Somehow, neither sales manager knew I was waiting. I am not one to anger easily but it took almost 3 hours just to receive the attention necessary for final paperwork and delivery of car. Fortunately, my boss is understanding and did not penalize me for arriving at my job over one hour late. I feel that I received a great deal on my car. I feel that my salesperson did a great job. I would buy another vehicle from this dealer. I just feel that they may want to check their processes and procedures so as to better serve their customers. That is where the money is at for any business. More

Each visit to this dealership as I pondered purchasing my 2008 E350, was a pleasant visit. My first visit to the service department to update my vehicle to receive the Mbrace service was outstanding. This dealership is a first class dealership all together and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. More
