I bought my CPO somewhere else because of this dealer. I guess I did not appear like someone who could afford a C300, he spent all but 5 minutes with me even then he was obviously distracted by a customer w guess I did not appear like someone who could afford a C300, he spent all but 5 minutes with me even then he was obviously distracted by a customer who was looking at a car on the lot. The minute the customer approached the door, he told me when I am ready to buy they would always be willing to assist me and bolted. I would have understood if he had previously been dealing with this couple but I watched him introduce himself and ask what they were interested in. I was actually delighted when they verbalized they could not afford what they were looking at. I did talk to Doug Horner who was miles more accomodating even took me on a test drive but I had too much of a bad taste in my mouth to buy my car there. I had previously bought a GL450 brand new in MD with excellent service and this will not be my last Mercedes Benz but he nearly single handedly dropped the brand below Audi and Lexus both of which I have excellent relationships with and will continue to do. It is important to stress to this gentleman that appearance should not be a determining factor in treating customers. It would not have cost him anything to disguise this till I left and he might have been pleasantly surprised at making a sale. More
I leased a 2009 CLK 350 two years ago. Last year I had gas tank issues and the dealer tired to make me pay for the car through another lease agreement for a different car. I don't understand how a custome gas tank issues and the dealer tired to make me pay for the car through another lease agreement for a different car. I don't understand how a customer who leased 3 cars from this dealership in the last 5 years could be treated as such. I wanted to give the car back and lease a new vehicle without paying for the remainder of the lease for the old car. Why should I pay for a defective car? It also took a few months for the dealer to connect with me regarding this matter. What a awful customer experience. More

Purchased a used 2008 e350 mercedes on Tuesday March 28, 2011. During test drive realized that floor mats missing, sales person stated would replacce them if not found. When making deal, sales realized one of the keys was missing also, sales person stated he would order that also and would be a few days. (also missing was the manual and navigation DVD-which I received a week later). As of today April 15th I have yet to receive the mats or the key, I have called and made personal apperances to pick up these items but yet to no prevail, always some excuse as to why I don't have. Funny I called the parts department and they said I could have a key on Monday the 18th if brought car today (15th). If this is the way you do buisness I will never purchase another vehicle (new or used) from any Germain Dealership again. I will also make sure that everyone I know and don't know hears how terrible the car buying experience is with you. I spoke with a Sales Manager Shaun King today and he stated that my mats are in the mail and the key should be there Monday. I stated that I will pick it up on tuesday when I have service work done on the vehicle. My situation has been taken care of as April 19 but I still will never buy from the dealership nor will I ever recommend. Terrible customer service. Anne More

Brandon Bayer was great to work with on this purchase. He was very responsive to my inquires, a good listener, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. Brandon was very personable and did not exhibit any of the pressure that can come from a typcial auto salesperson. He was excellent to work with. The only reason I scored Quality of Work a 4 as opposed the pressure that can come from a typcial auto salesperson. He was excellent to work with. The only reason I scored Quality of Work a 4 as opposed to a 5 is that the vehicle needed a CV boot replaced, which was apparent upon acceleration during the test drive. However, MB of Easton had the issue corrected and I ended up buying the car. Even after the sale, the dealership and Brandon were very responsive, resolving any questions or concerns that arose. More
From the moment my husband and I walked in everyone was friendly and attentive. We were offered a beverage while we waited for Brandon to become available. Brandon came out shortly and was courteous and appologized for our wait, which was not long. We viewed various vehicles. We test drove the vehicle that we intended to purchase. Brandon and Kevin answered all of our questions. There was a young lady, whose name escapes me, that went over the perks that came with purchasing the vehicle. She was also equally friendly. The entire process was easy, too easy. My husband and I could not believe how smoothly everything went. We literally traded one key for another. We would definitely recommend others to Germain Mercedes-Benz of Easton. More
Michelle Johnston was my service advisor and she did a great job! I brought my vehicle in for a service and she kept me updated through out the entire process.
