Having once driven a tractor trailer truck for a couple of years (20+ years ago), and having been out of work due to the economy's effect on the floral industry (where he worked most of his life), my fianc of years (20+ years ago), and having been out of work due to the economy's effect on the floral industry (where he worked most of his life), my fiance, John, decided to get his CDL license and get back into the transportation industry in some form. After only about 2 weeks as a student driver with a lease operator, his partner/trainer's truck broke down and they were both sent home for two weeks. During that time John got on-line to look at other owner/operator options such as straight trucks and Sprinters, thinking that he might prefer to drive something other than a big rig. As soon as he found the Easton dealership he asked me if I would like to make the 2 1/2 hr. trip to Columbus (we live in Ravenswood, WV). While we had hopes that I would eventually team up with him when I finished teaching this last quarter at OU (I teach college English), I wasn't sure I wanted to actually get a CDL license myself. Sprinter vans seemed out of the question until we found one at Easton that had been converted with a bed, refrigerator, and a microwave, plus a power deck in the back for easy loading and unloading. John, having done his homework,knew instantly that it was what we wanted, but we had concerns as to whether we would be able to get financing. I know that Shawn questioned it as well when he learned how little money I made teaching part-time(I had quit full time a few years ago when I was married, and John was unemployed), but without even flinching he went forward with the process! What helped was my good credit rating, plus the fact that I was trying to buy a conversion van. Shawn couldn't have been more patient than he was, nor could he have been more encouraging,even though I had no previous business/driving experience. Needless to say, I walked away with a new 2010 Mercedes conversion Sprinter, and a brand new career! I feel proud to have taken such a chance and to have succeeded, and I am grateful that I had a sales person who was open minded enough to work with me and see it through! It was a humbling moment to put myself out there at a Mercedes dealership, expecting that I might be laughed out of the place, but nothing like that happened! Instead, John and I are now part of the Mercedes family, and every chance we get we brag about the experience as we proudly show off our new Sprinter to other expediters who are curious about what we got and where we got it, and who then exclaim over how nice and roomy the conversion is and how unbelievably cool the power deck is too! In my opinion, adding Sprinters to their line, and hiring Shawn Crace, were the 2 smartest decisions Mercedes of Easton could have ever made! More
Had the pleasure of dealing with Melisa Greenberg as a sales person. The dealership went above and beyond without pressure as they stayed until almost 1:30 in the morning with me making sure things were k sales person. All of the staff at Easton were friendly, with greetings & customer service, collaborating with each other, and making me feel like "part of the family"- literally like I was a favored relative. But it was Brandon's willingness to look into options and to make sure I was comfortable with choices that made my overall experience worth writing about. I was surprised with how much time he spent making sure I knew how to use special features. I will continue to recommend Easton, and specifically Brandon Bayer, to any shopper. More
I have never been more impressed with a dealership than I was with Mercedes Benz of Easton. The amount of perfessionalism displayed by Bennie Fornash and Brian Kramer was OUTSTANDING. They never once rushed me and at no time did I fell like I was being SOLD. They were forethcoming with all the information I asked for during the deal and because of their integrity, I didn't even give a second thought to go and shop them. Never will I buy another Mercedes Benz from a dealership other than Mercedes Benz of Easton. It was truely a VIP experience from the begining to the end. More
I have purchased 5 vehicles from Germain and I never worry about getting the best price or service. The store is very nice and the people are attentive to your needs. I feel like the staff cares about making you happy rather than making a profit. Although this may not be absolutely true I can't imagine that it is too far off. This store is obviously volume driven which makes sense sine they place a high emphasis on customer satisfaction for repeat business. Bennie Fornash has been my agent there for 6 years and never fails to under promise and over deliver. I highly recommend a visit to this car lot. More
Germain Mercedes is a full service dealer. They know how to take care of their customers. On my last trade, my Sales Advisor was Melissa Greenberg. I have purchased many cars over the years, but I have ne to take care of their customers. On my last trade, my Sales Advisor was Melissa Greenberg. I have purchased many cars over the years, but I have never had such an amazing sales person as Melissa. There were no games and not only was she an advocate for Mercedes, she became an advocate for me. With service like that, it is easy for me to recommend to my friends and colleagues to go see Melissa @ Germain. I know that as long as I am in Columbus, Germain and Melissa will always have my business. Also, the GM Brian Kramer is fantastic as well and manages a great team! More

Because of Melissa I have only wonderful things to say about this dealership. She brings professionalism, courtesy, fun, class, VIP service, luxury with a magnetic personality who cares about the individual not your bank account. She is the human version of a mercedes Benz and she will treat you as though you are the only client she has (knowing that she no doubt has an extensive list of clientele) but she brings luxury car sales to a new level. I tell her that she is like an angel sent from above because she has changed my life and gave me a chance...one chance to own my mercedes benz when every other dealer I had went to turned me down but she went to battle for me. She got to know me, my story...she believed in me and because of her, I was able to purchase my very first new Mercedes Benz. Melissa has a way with people but what counted in my situation was the relationships that Melissa has developed throughout her career and because of this they believe in her when she believed in me. I never knew that one person could be the epitime of such a large dealership especially Mercedes Benz but because of her my "word of mouth" is all positive and I could go on for hours about my wonderful experience at this dealership all because of one wonderful, amazing, hard working magnificent person....Melissa Greenburg. I purchased my car in February, 2010 & traded in my other Mercedes. I dealt with Melisa Greenberg whom could not have been any more accomodating. I live two hours from the dealership and she drove it to me Mercedes. I dealt with Melisa Greenberg whom could not have been any more accomodating. She was able to get me out of my rear wheel drive Mercedes into the all wheel drive Mercedes I desired. I also have had stellar performance in the service department, especially with Rodney. More
