Everything went very smoothly, everything explained with clarity and my wife and I felt confident that we were working with right person (Doug) and the right dealership. The old "let me talk with the mangager for a better price" while the salesman had a cup of coffee, told a few jokes and returned with "GREAT NEWS".....we can take $50 bucks off the price !! are over....it can still found in some dealerships...but in this economy, it is a self destructive technique....the psycology of sales is changing for the better...Doug is a prime example. In all my car buying experiences, this was, by far, the best. He alerted me the the autotrader.com trade-in value site, which appraised my trade-in fairly, and the the rest was smooth as frog hair. From the paperwork to Doug actually putiing on the plates. I generally do not write positive reports unless deserved, and this is well deserved. Doug is a pro ! More

I was completely satisfied with my salesperson Doug Horner. He made my sale as smooth as he could. I was a little concerned when on both of my first two visits to the dealership, neither of the ladies Horner. He made my sale as smooth as he could. I understand that he was new, but staff should know staff. Slightly unprofessional. I also was lost in the cracks while waiting to finish the paperwork on my car. Somehow, neither sales manager knew I was waiting. I am not one to anger easily but it took almost 3 hours just to receive the attention necessary for final paperwork and delivery of car. Fortunately, my boss is understanding and did not penalize me for arriving at my job over one hour late. I feel that I received a great deal on my car. I feel that my salesperson did a great job. I would buy another vehicle from this dealer. I just feel that they may want to check their processes and procedures so as to better serve their customers. That is where the money is at for any business. More
