Mike Moore` Mike is by far the greatest, most considerate service mgr. I've ever dealt with. The service at Mercedes Easton excels anyway, HOWEVER, this gentle Mike is by far the greatest, most considerate service mgr. I've ever dealt with. The service at Mercedes Easton excels anyway, HOWEVER, this gentlemen goes far beyond what one might expect. He has consistently serviced my Mercedes over several years of doing business with the dealership. As far as I am concerned I will continue to do business with this dealership because of this gentlemen's reliability, sincerity, and professionalism of which I insist upon when dealing with any purchase, and maintenance of any high ticket item. Out Of State Disaster I was very nervous about purchasing a vehicle unforeseen besides via internet. Researched and shopped around for months before finally making the purc I was very nervous about purchasing a vehicle unforeseen besides via internet. Researched and shopped around for months before finally making the purchase of a '13 GLK. What a huge mistake! I will never make a purchase without reviewing the vehicle in person and within a reasonable driving distance. Salesman, Chris Longenecker was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped put my mind at ease. Residing 600 miles away in Charleston, SC from Columbus, OH I was a the mercy of whomever I could get on the phone to resolve the endless issues that are currently still ongoing since the purchase of my vehicle on May 23, 2014 up to todays date of July 29, 2014. Car was not registered in SC , which is an issue because I should have received my tags from SC since 7/5/14. After waiting several days. I visited my local DMV to discovered the car was never registered in SC. No one from the dealership contacted me to inform me that there was a problem. 48 business days (Not including wk end) later no resolution & no tags. 1. Car was not filled with gas. Resolution after speaking with several people & waiting several days, finally received a $50 gift card. 2. Inside of vehicle was not cleaned & photos were sent. Resolution, a real nice sorry (in other words, we can not help because you live 600 miles away.). 3. Temporary tags were not sent. Resolution, temp tag was fedex overnight, but incorrect state of OH and not for SC. Resolution, I'm still without tags & proper registration. 4. Blown fuse, driver seat does not properly function. Resolution, was told to take to my local dealership. On a positive note the receptionists are very friend and try to help as much as possible when calling with an issue. More

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I have never had a worse experience at an auto shop. I was severely disappointed by the poor service and unprofessional attitudes I received. There were a number of problems with my visit, but for brevity’s sake I will focus on the most egregious. The service rep, Eddie Powell, told me that I could combine coupons over the phone. I said, if that was the case, then I would go ahead and authorize a brake oil change on top of the services they had already done, which I would not have authorized without the coupon. When I went to pay, however, Eddie hadn't taken off any discounts. The cashier had to call him back to the desk to fix it. I reminded him that he told me that I could take off both coupons. He turned around and told the cashier to only take off one coupon, probably hoping I wouldn't catch it. Then he walked away. When I pointed out the mistake to the cashier, she had to call him back again. He said he had misunderstood me, even though I had made it clear on the phone. He didn’t apologize, and they kept ringing up the bill like nothing had happened. I was shocked, so I asked to speak to a manager. They had me wait a while for the manager, and then Eddie came back to tell me that he had checked with the manager and that I couldn't use two coupons. I didn’t want to talk to Eddie, I wanted the manager! Evidently they didn't think I was important enough to speak to the manager. When I finally saw the manager, he was completely unsympathetic that his employee had promised me one thing and then took it back when I went to pay. He treated me like I was a child, repeating that I couldn't use two coupons. I told him that I understood and respected his policy, but it was completely unprofessional for his employee to promise me one thing and then change it when I went to pay. He didn’t apologize either. Even without this incident, going to Mercedes-Benz of Easton would have been a bad experience based on how unprofessional Eddie was. Basic things like spelling my name, issuing the correct invoice, or providing half an attempt at explaining the services. Maybe other reps are good at their jobs. Kristi, the cashier, and the courtesy car drivers were nice and other reps seemed much more professional with their customers than Eddie was with me. I will never go back to Mercedes-Benz of Easton. More

Every time I take my car in for service, Mike Moore has taking care of it. He always does the work I ask for.
