My First Mercedes I really enjoyed working with Eric to buy my First Mercedes! He was great and walked through everything. I love cars and know a lot of research, but Eric was able to give me tidbits I did not know. My experience was great especially when car buying can be so adversarial. 1st time experience.....Great I have purchased several cars from several large dealerships and have not had a salesman that had the attitude of Steve Bennett. He was friendly from the first words we exchanged. I had not had much experience or knowledge with Mercedes, but I knew I liked what they have been producing. After about 10 minutes of taking with Steve he started a test drive, explained what the car was about, there was no issues with the price. There was one problem with getting a second key, but he made everything correct and on point! When the time comes to upgrade my C300, I would love to deal with Steve again. Thanks for everything! Recommended uneeded service I recently took my Mercedes ML to. Germain. Of Easton for the repair of the wheel speed sensor which was fixed adequately but the dealer recommended I recently took my Mercedes ML to. Germain. Of Easton for the repair of the wheel speed sensor which was fixed adequately but the dealer recommended repairs that were estimated at over $5,500 including the following: 1) Replacement of my serpentine belt because it had cracks in it. It was replaced only 30,000 miles ago (Dec 2012) and didn't have any cracks. 2) replacement of left and right engine mounts. Both tested and were found to be good. 3) Replacement of all four tires that had only 20,000 miles and 6/32of tred left. This was my first time and now the last time I will take any of my vehicles to Germain. When these kinds of repairs are recommended that are not needed it comes down to a matter of trust and that is where I am at right now. I addressed these concerns to the advisor and have not heard from him. What does that tell you? I More
A great car buying experience We have bought several cars over the years, and it's usually a long dragged out process. But NOT with Mercedes Benz of Easton and CJ Sexton. It was We have bought several cars over the years, and it's usually a long dragged out process. But NOT with Mercedes Benz of Easton and CJ Sexton. It was an absolute JOY doing business with them! CJ is the best ever! He went above and beyond with everything! He is very polite, very knowledgable on all Mercedes models, very patient with our indecisiveness (which color), no pressure, very easy to talk with and ask questions, very efficient, he was very considerate of our time (he didn't make us sit in the lobby and wait forever). CJ makes you feel like a friend. I wish everyone we had to do business with was more like CJ and Mercedes Benz of Easton. It would be a much happier world. We want to say Thank You for a wonderful car, we absolutely LOVE it and Thank you for a wonderful car buying experience! We will DEFINITELY be back to buy another Mercedes from you!!!!!!
