My 10 month old Mercedes lost power steering! Needless to say, I was quite surprised when I started my car in the morning only to see a warning light that I had no power steering...since I was jus Needless to say, I was quite surprised when I started my car in the morning only to see a warning light that I had no power steering...since I was just in for service, I contacted my service rep, Raquel Hinkle. Raquel walked me through the process...call MB roadside assistance and have the car brought to the dealership...she then arranged for a loaner car to be delivered to my office! After the car was repaired (software update) Raquel immediately contacted me and arranged for my car to be delivered to me and for the loaner to be picked up. What was initially a major inconvenience turned out to be a great example of what excellent customer service looks like. Thank you Raquel and my longtime sales guy, Mike Gale.
