I saw so many great reviews on Chris Longnecker at Mercedes Benz Easton and emailed him for an appointment. I was still on the fence about the purchase when I went to see him, but left that day with a brand new 2016 Mercedes CLA250, which I am absolutely in LOVE with! Chris' reviews were spot on; his customer service was exceptional. He was prompt, answered all of my questions, and heard all of my wants and followed-through. Chris did not play games on car prices, packages, etc. I have purchased six cars to-date. This was honestly my first enjoyable experience. I felt respected, heard and most importantly as a woman, I did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of, or spoken to as if I was ignorant of cars, performance, specs, etc. Chris was very kind and didn't push me into a purchase. I would recommend Chris for your new car purchase and would highly recommend Germain Mercedes at Easton. I have been taken my previous two Mercedes here for service and I have always experienced 5star service. After my purchase, the general manager, sales manager and even the business manager all came by to congratulate me on my new purchase! Scott Ragland was very nice and took the time to speak with me about some important safety features of my new vehicle. Both managers made sure I was 100% satisfied with the service I was receiving and checked on me during times when Chris was running around getting my vehicle ready for a test drive, running numbers with the finance team, etc. Even other salesman congratulated me as I walked through the dealership. Everyone was very kind and welcoming throughout the process. I have never had such a minimal amount of anxiety when purchasing a car! Good long-distance sales experience We were pleased with our experience working with Eric Gray. We purchased a used Sprinter van from out of state, which made the sales process a bit com We were pleased with our experience working with Eric Gray. We purchased a used Sprinter van from out of state, which made the sales process a bit complicated. Eric was in contact with us by e-mail, text, and phone call to answer questions and to try to resolve issues as they arose. We finally agreed to a deal, and made the drive from Wisconsin to Columbus, Ohio and Mercedes-Benz of Easton. Once we arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle, Eric spent several hours walking us through the sales paperwork, and then patiently walking us through the features of the vehicle. Overall we were very pleased with the interaction at the dealership. I would definitely work with Eric again if the opportunity arises. The one sour note in all this is that the vehicle suffered a failing temperature sensor within the first thousand miles after purchase. I don't know how common this is for Sprinters, but the occurrence so soon after purchase was definitely an "off" note. This is a used vehicle (around 38,000 miles), which may factor in. More

First Smart Car Purchase I purchased my first Smart a few months ago and I love it. Broken windshield I t was great experience until I realized they sold me a mercedes with a broken windshield it was a small crack in the upper left corner that I didn't I t was great experience until I realized they sold me a mercedes with a broken windshield it was a small crack in the upper left corner that I didn't not see upon buying the vehicle the process went fast and it was raining so when it stopped raining it rained every day for about a week I clean the car notice the crack and immediately contact the dealership and they are telling me its my problem I don't believe this is fair and would like to return the car if they can't make it right I like eric he is a good salesman don't understand Richard his boss not wanting to make this right for the customer it cost Germain $225.00 to replace would you pay thay to retain a customer? More

Eric and the dealership were both great. Eric Gray showed us several cars while we were just out kicking tires, thinking about trading in our 2010 C300. Although we were looking for a car 2 - 3 years old, he wound up showed us a 2016 loaner car that had about 3,000 miles on it that they had just pulled into the show room. They were great to work with, and we wound up with that car. Eric did a great job, both there and in following up with us after the sale. Ryan was also very good to work with on the financing end, and got us a great rate. More

Chris showed us any car we wanted to see, answered any questions we had, (and we had them, trust me!) and didn't scream like a baby when we took turns too fast or real-time tested the brakes. When we finally settled on the car we loved, the sun had set. We may have been the last customers left, but you wouldn't have known it by the way we were treated. Chris Longenecker gave us the full treatment, Ryan Austin took care of the business end, a kind gentleman ensured the car was clean and full of gas, and we were on our happy way. Exactly the way an automobile purchase should be: superior customer service, irrespective of the hour or day on the sales end, and a smooth, swift, transparent transaction on the business end. Oh - and unlimited hot chocolate and hard candies - my grandmother would highly approve! Go in and ask for Chris L., you won't be disappointed! More
