My C300 Purchase I purchased a C300 from Frank. I was very pleased with the experience. He assisted me in finding the car that I was looking for with the features that I purchased a C300 from Frank. I was very pleased with the experience. He assisted me in finding the car that I was looking for with the features that were most important to me. Frank took the time to explain things such as the Navigation System for example, then followed up with an email containing links to How To videos which reinforced the information that he reviewed with me during my test drive. When the time came to discuss numbers, Frank introduced me to Chuck. I was very pleased with this part of the process as well. Having been in sales for the last 19 years, I look for things such as product knowledge and putting the customer first. I must say that throughout this process, I saw what I was looking for. More

Not a good customer experience and could have jeopardized a potential sale. This was an internal control weakness by the sales manager and not Eric's fault. More

Very Displeased Customer Car Service. You pay for it. You really never know if the company responsible for your service is truly the best company or provides the best servic Car Service. You pay for it. You really never know if the company responsible for your service is truly the best company or provides the best service, but when you finally do decide to pay for what is advertised as the best exceptional service, you are supposed to be glad you did. In an emergency situation, I selected Mercedes-Benz Easton as my service provider and was hoping to receive "high quality" service as they advertise. I was told the periodic (once every 1-2 months) vibration and the check engine light to my E350 Benz was coccurring because the spark plugs were dirty and I needed new spark plugs. When I asked if they diagnosed correctly and how they knew, the service advisor, Brent Johnson, shared the computer in the Mercedes tells them exactly what is wrong and it records every warning signal. He told me the service I paid for has a 12 month warranty. Several month later, my car began to do the exact same thing (vibration and check engine light). When I call Brent Johnson back and shared, he told me to bring the car back in and shared again it's under warranty. Although the car is doing the exact same thing, Brent Johnson share that the actual problem is a coil problem. Needless to say I questioned why/how did they misdiagnose and charge me for a service that wasn't the issue. Now you all know what was said! I don't even need to say for anyone who ever experienced car service at Mercedes-Benz Easton. What has made my experience even worse is the phone conversations I had with their Fit Operation Director (Scott Morrison) and service Director (Ken Bennett). Both attempted to do the normal "fast talk" not let the customer talk tactic. You know the one they often do on women and this is the why women often ask a man to go with them for service or to buy a car. In talking with Scott Morrison and sharing I was still awaiting his call to my written correspondence I sent over a week ago, he stated he received my e-mail but the attachment went into his spasm. I'm not a computer expert but receiving the email and the attachment going directly to spasm doesn't sound right to me. When I tried to share my concern, Scott Morrison refused to allow me to talk and he talked over over me. As he did, he lied saying his staff didn't have records of my vehicle. When I checked him and he realized I knew he was not being truthful, he became more arrogant, told me to take my car somewhere else and he hung up the phone on me. I am a very displeased customer and feel as thought I have been xxxxx by Mercedes-Benz Easton! The total disrespect is alarming and disturbing! It is my hope that owner Steve Germain doesn't approve of such behavior and service. I hope to hear from Mr. Germain or a representative from his family. More
