Over all those years, we've experienced exceptional service from every single dealership employee - from the receptionists to the salespeople...from the service technicians to Chuck Peterson the Business Manager...from the guy's who park the cars to the people who wash them...extending to the woman in the break area...EVERYONE'S GREAT!!!! Our latest purchase was handled by Robert Debolt. He, too, did a fantastic job, easing us through the purchase and even stopping by at our home to ensure that we'd understand all the car's new features and to program the onboard garage door opener. I live in the Detroit metro area and had been looking for a 2011 or 2012 R-Class for quite some time when I decided to broaden my search to include Ohio. Even though the hour was quite late when I found the vehicle online and made initial contact, Eric provided me with a wealth of detailed information about the vehicle right away. He had the vehicle ready for a thorough inspection and test drive immediately upon my arrival the next afternoon. I'm a dedicated Mercedes-Benz enthusiast, and his knowledge of the product was nothing short of excellent. He was extremely helpful throughout the buying process, even assisting with making arrangements to pick up my existing E-Class Station Wagon on the following Sunday. My husband and I live far away from this dealership but based on the high reviews, we decided to custom order our new GLC through this particular Deal My husband and I live far away from this dealership but based on the high reviews, we decided to custom order our new GLC through this particular Dealership especially after going to so many other Benz Dealerships in our own area that were nowhere close to the wonderful staff and atmosphere of this one location. We were so lucky to have ordered our car with Frank Salierno. Through the months of working with him he never failed to answer any of our questions promptly. The kindness and generosity that both him and his manager have shown us is unheard of from any dealership. And yet still after having purchased the vehicle he still continues to make sure we get what we need and all of our questions are answered without hesitation. When we went to pick up our car we were greeted and treated with so much kindness and respect by all the staff but especially Frank and Jason For their wonderful personalities.
