Great Experience and Truly Helpful! My wife and I came to the dealership looking for information about the Smart Car and had a number in mind. After getting a tour of the vehicle we were My wife and I came to the dealership looking for information about the Smart Car and had a number in mind. After getting a tour of the vehicle we were after and an overview of the features we started talking numbers. Like a good salesman, he lightly glossed over some benefits of stepping up a model or two at the beginning, but at no point was he pushy or pressuresome. We weren't even remotely uncomfortable. Once we told him what we needed and at what price point, he switch from sales mode to "let's-make-this-work" mode. It was quite refreshing. He bent over backwards to meet our needs and did an excellent job. We genuinely felt cared for and our needs understood. He's a really cool guy, not even remotely pushy, not artificially smooth or overly sweet and is very easy-going. I've been to a number of dealerships that honestly wore me out—sometimes feeling like downright punishment! This visit with Eric was honestly a nice break in the day. ;) I would definitely recommend an cannot say enough good about our experience with Eric Gray More

She is in constant communication with me when they have my vehicle and no matter how busy they are always takes time to listen to my concerns. Satisfied I purchased this vehicle, sight unseen. This was the first time I ever did that. I called and spoke with Justin Howe, and he searched for the vehicl I purchased this vehicle, sight unseen. This was the first time I ever did that. I called and spoke with Justin Howe, and he searched for the vehicle, (color and options) that I wanted. There were only a handful located in the U.S. and he was able to find one that matched my needs. Of course, it took over a day to find one because some listed were already sold. He located one in California, made a phone call and had it shipped by rail. It arrived in less than a week, which really impressed me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Justin, who later introduced me to Eric Gray who also was very courteous and polite, aside from being very knowledgeable on my make and model. He went over the vehicle with me, showing me all of the controls and switches, and made sure I understood how they operated. While he was doing that, Justin took care of my temporary tag, and after signing a few papers, I was on my way. I would highly recommend, not only the dealership, but these two employees for going the extra mile. Thank you guys. More

Since I never received return phone calls from Robert, maybe you will read this and have an understanding of my frustration. Being able to help your customer from beginning to end and keep your promises will retain customers because you just lost this one. I have no desire to do business with you or this dealership after the service department charged me over 400 for a 600 part that "you" got approval to help with the cost. I was told it was discounted 50% but that was not the case. Highly disappointed with the interactions during the sale to my last visit. I hope this helps someone else when they decide to buy a car from this dealership, I suggest you get everything in writing from Top management not sales guys or service. You just lost a potential returning customer because of this foolishness. More
