My E-350 was in need of service I wasn’t experiencing the ride that a Mercedes Benz is known for . I knew my tires needed replaced during the service the found some of my wheels were bent and needed Straighten and trued, along with other services I needed oil change and a Alignment. They took exceptional care of me letting me know the updates on my car regularly . While my car was end for service I had them detail my exterior and interior They did an extraordinary job the car looks brand new and it’s a 2008. I would recommend Germain Mercedes-Benz to my family friends or whoever is needing service on their Mercedes-Benz. I had a wonderful experience . More

He followed up with me o Talking about Above & Beyond Service!!!!!!!!!! Eric is the true definition of Outstanding Service at Mercedes Benz Easton. He followed up with me on numerous occasions to see how I’m doing with my new car. He kept me informed with what new and Hot with Mercedes ??! I love the Mercedes me App and all the perks that come with it. In my 2019 c 300 I was having a problem with finding cruise control. Eric made a personalized video for me giving me all the details on how to operate my new steering wheel functions! I will never buy a car from anywhere else I will always come to Eric for any Purchase! I love the team at Germain Mercedes!!!! Chuck, Mike and Eric are all awesome!!! I most say that Eric put the icing on the cake as far as Superb service! The team at Germain feels like Family. I trust them and they are all just Good peps! More

Metris Madness My company has two Metris vans. These vehicles are a nightmare when it comes to maintenance. When purchased we were never told that alignments had t My company has two Metris vans. These vehicles are a nightmare when it comes to maintenance. When purchased we were never told that alignments had to be done on all four wheels, that it took a special alignment rack that only they have. The factory tires lasted about 25 to 30k miles and had to be replaced. When we questioned why they explained the alignment process to us. At the time they did not have the equipment to take care of it. We are always having to check alignment/have things adjusted. Just got one of them back after 40 days in the shop. Oil pump actuator went out at 66,000 miles. Not under warranty according to the dealer. That cost $2,300.00 and of course 40 days without the vehicle and an alignment. Not a happy at all with these vehicles and will be putting them on the market and getting something that is more reliable, with a better warranty and less costly oil changes. More

Used MB, from 120 miles away Over the last couple weeks I have been looking for a luxury sedan with lower miles and less than 10 years old. I inquired at Germain MB in the Columbu Over the last couple weeks I have been looking for a luxury sedan with lower miles and less than 10 years old. I inquired at Germain MB in the Columbus area and was greeted cordially and quickly. Over the next couple days I interacted with several folks, but mainly with Eric Gray. He shared pictures and specifics about the vehicle I was interested in through, texts, emails and phone conversations. I provided my information as needed to structure the deal with certain parameters on monthly payments and down payment. Eric enlisted his manager (Conner) to adjust the deal to meet my parameters and we were then able to strike a deal that worked for myself and Germain. When I showed up all I needed to do was sign some paperwork and physically check the vehicle out. The reveal was very cool and the vehicle was in better shape than I had imagined from the photos. Eric and the Germain team made buying a vehicle through the internet easy and stress less. Thanks again to Eric and the Germain team!!! More
