I had had it up to here with my GM vehicle. I was about to sign, and my father told me to look up Mr. Richard Norman at Crown Eurocars. It was the best move I've made since I've been purchasing cars. I am a new physician and I really wanted to step up my game a bit, but wanted to be reasonable with my existing student loan debts. Richard was fair, patient, direct and really helped me choose a vehicle that was PERFECT for me. He had me get in and out vehicles that I had preselected based on style and price. He had me PEGGED - Black with Black leather interior, sunroof, low miles and full bumper to bumper warranty for my own peace of mind (still traumatized by my old pontiac!). I am still smiling and have gotten multiple compliments on my purchase. Richard been reachable by phone for my weekly questions, and is never annoyed that I just dont have the time to sit and read the manual (laugh).
