I visited Crown Motors on a whim. Upon entering the showroom , I encountered Richard Norman , a sales representative who was assisting another customer. Richard krew his product and willingly shared information with me of all the capabilities of the model I was most interested in. What a GREAT experience buying my first brand new car! I was very pleased with Richard and crown Kia. Who would have thought buying a car would be so simple. Being a female and only 20 years old, I needed l was very pleased with Richard and crown Kia. Who would have thought buying a car would be so simple. Being a female and only 20 years old, I needed lots of help finding the right car to fit me and my budget and the whole 9 yards. I spoke with Richard Norman on the phone a few days before meeting with him, he had put all of my information in the computer and already had the perfect car picked out for me when I arrived. It was so fast when I got there, he showed me the car and it was love at 1st site. Not only did I love the car, but he also was very knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn't in the section he usually worked in, I was very impressed. He had such a great personality and wasn't too "pushy" like some car dealers who are just thinking about making money, not what's best for the customer. He was truly genuine to my needs and my price range. Lance and Mike were also very kind and did everything possible to satisfy my needs and to get me the best price on my 1st brand new car. Mike was even nice enough to let me drive the car home and delivered my paper work to me the next day to fill out at my job on his day off ! Not only that, but he also woke his kids up extra early and brought them along with him (they were beautiful by the way).
