It was my first time shopping for a MB and I was a little intimidated. Mike made me feel at home right away and was great to work with. In this case, I am referring to my experience with Tom Sands, with Crown Mercedes Benz. I came to know Tom when I walked in to Crown shopping for a car for my wife. He took the time to thoroughly explain the new 2010 E Class, its systems, features and amenities. Although I was not ready to make an immediate purchasing decision, Tom was patient with my wife and I and was willing to give me the time to think through my decision without pressure. I had been shopping for a Mercedes at the dealer at Easton, but found that Tom's knowledge and professionalism was far superior to anything I experience at that other dealership. After my experience with Tom Sands, I will never shop at any other Mercedes Benz dealer. At delivery, Tom took the time to go through the car with my wife, patiently and with expertise.
