As I used this dealership years ago for service they were always so kind that I returned 9/20/2010 to purchase a new car. He was connitted to making sure that my car buying needs were met and that I was pleased with the deal being put before me. When he had to go between me and the finace department he came back to provide updates as to what was going on and what my financing options were. At the end of the day I left with just the car that I went to this dealership in search of. Richard able to show me all of the features on the car and how to use them. The next day I needed to return and once again Richard was able to meet my needs. He had already gotten the items that I didn't get the first day and was waiting for me. The pricing/value was fair, there was no negotiating, we were comfortable with their honesty and it was a fair experience all the way around. Tom was a delight to work with, as was the entire staff at Crown Eurocars. Tom made sure to get us the vehicle we wanted and got us a very good deal that the other Mercedes dealership in town was not able to obtain for us!
