I’m a very happy customer driving a Mercedes since 1996. Ken Stuart is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable of all Mercedes vehicles and goes beyond in assuring me of my choices. He is always very kind, friendly and patient with no pressure which is appreciated. He is prompt in response to any questions, issues or concerns I might have and resolves asap. Ken is also very helpful in my understanding all of the buttons, devices, and features in my new car. He’s willing to help me anytime. I’d recommend Ken highly to anyone interested in a Mercedes Benz. I’m on my 8th or 9th Mercedes going on 30 years now with no plans to change. Thank you! More

Finance manager added $3000 warranty to my new car loan I bought from crown Mercedes without my knowledge or consent. I found this out and contacted his boss. His boss and I came to resolution on the matter. bought from crown Mercedes without my knowledge or consent. I found this out and contacted his boss. His boss and I came to resolution on the matter. 2 months later, I sold the car and canceled the warranty and the finance manager told me I should receive a Check for my 3k warranty refund in the mail within 6 weeks. It’s been 6 weeks now and I still haven’t receive the refund or been able to get a hold of the finance manager. I won’t be doing business with this dealership ever again. More

Very disappointed with my experience. I travelled from out of state to the dealer after identifying my car of choice. With the car being "certified pre-owned", I assumed that the vehicl I travelled from out of state to the dealer after identifying my car of choice. With the car being "certified pre-owned", I assumed that the vehicle had been thoroughly tested and inspected. When I got in the car for the first time after purchasing it, I noticed that the center console door was broken. When I asked to have it fixed before driving the car back home, I was told that the service department was "too busy" to fix the door, and that I should try and get the door repaired once I got back home to Chicago -- at my expense. I was also frustrated by the fact that the dealership's delay in sharing my title information and lack of timely communication has led to me scrambling to acquire a license plate before my temporary tag expires. More

Ended up going elsewhere. After I left the dealership, he kept messaging me about the car but with no new information or counter-offer. Left a bad taste. I ended up buying a new Mercedes the following week (with far less miles) and found a dealer who worked with me on price - so glad I went elsewhere! More
